ONLINE COMPANY INCORPORATION

We can incorporate a New Zealand limited liability company for you online at a total cost of $500.00 inclusive of GST and disbursements.

On receipt of your application, we will reserve the name of the company and email confirmation of this to you together with our electronically generated Tax Invoice.

When the fee is received, we will prepare the incorporation and will email to you the prescribed consents to be signed by the Directors and Shareholders. These consents must be returned to us by fax or email without delay or the approval of name will lapse.

Following incorporation, a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation and other information will be emailed to you.
