Ian Stevenson

Ian Stevenson is a graduate of the Auckland University Law School, and with the exception of some years travelling and overseas legal experience, Ian has practiced as a senior partner of Stevenson Campbell since 1975.

Although Ian handles a wide variety of property, commercial and family law cases, Ian specialises in asset protection and tax restructuring of business and commercial ventures.

Ian is married with adult children, and his interests include travelling off the beaten track, hiking, boating, music and family fun.

Graeme Campbell

Graeme Campbell first qualified in law in England, and upon returning to New Zealand, qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand. For the first 30 years of his career Graeme practiced Law in Auckland City, and for the past 20 years in Browns Bay.

Graeme was originally a commercial company specialist, but now handles a wide variety of property, commercial, trust and estate and family law matters.

Graeme is married with adult children, one of whom is also a qualified lawyer.

Graeme has a wide range of interests, but latterly is absorbed in developing a lifestyle block of land in the Whangarei Harbour District.

Anne Beeson

Anne Beeson graduated from the University of Auckland in 1997 with a double-degree in Law and Arts. Anne began working for a Takapuna based law firm before moving to London. While in London, Anne worked in a number of law firms, including Freshfield Bruckhaus Deringer doing structured financial law.

Anne now handles a wide variety of family law cases, and specialises in Trusts.

Anne is married with two young children who keep her busy, when she is not working. Anne enjoys spending time with her family, boating (while attempting to catch fish) and reading. 


Susan Sparks

Susan Sparks qualified as a legal executive in 1994 and is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives.

Susan joined the team at Stevenson Campbell in April 2007.  She has more than 16 years experience, having worked for suburban practices and medium and large central city legal firms.

She specialises in the areas of residential and commercial property conveyancing, but she can also assist clients with trusts and asset protection, wills, enduring powers of attorney, company incorporations, commercial leasing and estates.

Susan works closely with real estate agents and mortgage brokers to offer a service where she provides clients with prompt and practical advice before they sign an agreement for sale and purchase, if necessary outside normal business hours.

Her main interests include keeping fit by working out at the gym, running and cycling.




Colleen Emtage

Colleen Emtage qualified as a Legal Executive in 1997 and worked for two of the largest law firms in New Zealand before joining Stevenson Campbell.

Colleen provides secretarial support to Ian Stevenson and Anne Beeson for property, trusts and family law.

Colleen’s interests include piping for the Auckland Police Pipe Band. She has been a member for 21 years and has performed at the Edinburgh Tattoo. 

Colleen has two adult sons and two grandchildren.
